Once you sign a purchase agreement at the Morewood Sales Site between October 1 and October 31, 2025, you will be invited to draw one sealed envelope from a set of ten (first come, first served). You are eligible to draw an envelope only at the time you sign the purchase agreement, not before. Each envelope contains a surprise prize from our exclusive list below. The home must be delivered no later than July 15, 2026, or the prize will be forfeited. Limit of one entry per person.
