CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
GOLDEN TICKET ENVELOPE DRAW
The Golden Ticket Envelope Draw (the “Contest”) will run from September 1, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (ET) to September 30, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (ET) (the “Contest Period”).
SPONSOR AND PRIZE SUPPLIER
The Contest is organized and sponsored by Guildcrest Homes (hereinafter the “Sponsor” or “Guildcrest Homes”).The prize supplier will be determined based on the prize selected by the winner, and may include Guildcrest Homes or one of its partner suppliers (hereinafter the “Prize Supplier”). This contest is not offered to builders and applies only to retail purchases in Ontario.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter. To participate:
– Visit the Guildcrest Homes Morewood Sales Site in person during the Contest Period (September 1 to October 31, 2025).
– Prizes are only available to participants who sign a purchase agreement for a Guildcrest or ProFab home during the Contest Period, with delivery scheduled on or before July 15, 2026. After signing the purchase agreement, each eligible participant will be invited to draw one sealed envelope from a pool of 20, which decreases as prizes are claimed.
– Each envelope contains a randomly assigned home upgrade or gift card, with values between $1,000 and $10,000.
– Participants will open the envelope on-site and be awarded the prize listed inside.
– Prizes must be accepted as drawn but may be converted into an equivalent credit toward the purchase of a Guildcrest home or eligible upgrades, at the discretion of Guildcrest Homes.
– Limit of one envelope draw per household during the Contest Period. (See Section PRIZES)
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open exclusively to residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority. Employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor or its affiliated companies (including employees of the Sponsor or of any branch of the Guildcrest and ProFab networks), as well as any member of the immediate family of any of the aforementioned persons or with whom any of the aforementioned persons resides, are not eligible to participate in this contest. Also excluded from the contest are employees, representatives and agents of Prize Supplier, as well as any member of the immediate family of any of the aforementioned persons or any person with whom any of the aforementioned persons are domiciled.
Participants must visit the Morewood Sales Site in person between September 1 and October 31, 2025. Prizes are available only to those who sign a purchase agreement for a Guildcrest or ProFab home between September 1 and October 31, 2025, with the home scheduled for delivery on or before July 15, 2026. In the event that the winner is unable to receive the prize or renounces construction of the home, the draw will be repeated for another winner. All fields are mandatory and must be filled in correctly for entry to be eligible.

There are a total of 20 envelopes, each containing one (1) prize. Below is the detailed list of available prizes:
– Prize 1: 1 Quartz Countertop of a value of $10,000
– Prize 2: $10,000 off the Foundation of a value of $10,000
– Prize 3: 1 Set of Colour Windows of a value of $5,000
– Prize 4: 1 Set of Colour Windows of a value of $5,000
– Prize 5: 1 Kitchen Upgrade of a value of $4,000
– Prize 6: 1 Kitchen Upgrade of a value of $4,000
– Prize 7: 1 Air Conditioning Unit of a value of $4,000
– Prize 8: 1 Air Conditioning Unit of a value of $4,000
– Prize 9: 1 Tiled Shower with Glass Door of a value of $4,000
– Prize 10: 1 Tiled Shower with Glass Door of a value of $4,000
– Prize 11: 1 Fireplace of a value of $6,500
– Prize 12: 10 Recessed Lights of a value of $2,500
– Prize 13: 10 Recessed Lights of a value of $2,500
– Prize 14: 10 Recessed Lights of a value of $2,500
– Prize 15: 10 Recessed Lights of a value of $2,500
– Prize 16: 1 Gift Card of a value of $1,000

ACCEPTANCE
By entering the Contest and drawing an envelope, you agree to accept the prize as described and drawn. Prizes are not transferable, modifiable, or exchangeable for cash or other goods or services, except when the prize is a gift card or when Guildcrest Homes agrees to convert the prize into an equivalent credit toward a new home or eligible upgrades. Prize acceptance is final and must be confirmed at the time of the draw. The delivery and application of home-related prizes are conditional upon the signing of a purchase agreement and the delivery of a Guildcrest home on or before July 15, 2026. If the winner does not proceed with the home purchase, any home upgrade prizes will be forfeited. Gift card prizes are not subject to this condition.
NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION IS PERMITTED, EXCEPT AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR PRIZE SUPPLIER. GUILDCREST HOMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED. PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REDEEMABLE FOR CASH IN WHOLE OR IN PART, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
DRAW AND ANNOUNCEMENT
Prizes are awarded on-site at the Guildcrest Homes Morewood Sales Site after the purchase agreement is signed, between September 1 and October 31, 2025. Each eligible participant may draw one envelope from a sealed set of 20, which decreases as prizes are claimed. The prize is revealed and confirmed immediately upon opening the envelope. All prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, while sealed envelopes remain available. There will be no social media announcements unless the participant consents to have their name and/or photo shared by Guildcrest Homes and ProFab.
LEGAL
The Contest Sponsor, Guildcrest Homes, reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Contest at any time if it determines that, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of being conducted as planned or if any event compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Any dispute respecting the conduct or organization of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of assisting the parties in reaching a settlement. This Contest is not associated with, endorsed, managed, or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram. By participating, I authorize Guildcrest Homes and ProFab to use my contact information to communicate with me regarding the Contest and promotional offers.

For a chance to win a Golden Ticket, participants must visit the Guildcrest Homes Morewood Sales Site in person between September 1 and October 31, 2025, and draw an envelope on-site after they sign the purchase agreement. Limit of one envelope draw per household. Approximate value of prizes: between $1,000 and $10,000. Contest closes October 31, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (ET), or when all envelopes have been claimed. All prizes are awarded only upon signing the purchase agreement, and home delivery must occur no later than July 15, 2026.
